OverlapTime finds meeting windows that work for everyone — no matter where they are or what their schedule looks like. Choose a date, set each person's working hours and breaks, and the Common Overlap panel updates automatically once at least two locations are listed.
Use the Meeting date field at the top to choose the day you want to schedule. The date affects how time-zone offsets are calculated (important near daylight saving transitions).
Each location represents a person, team, or city. Click + Add Location at the bottom of the Locations section to add as many as you need. For each one, fill in:
Each location card has a 24-hour timeline bar. Drag the blue handles to set when that person is available. The green segment shows their available window.
You can also choose exact times with the custom Start and End time pickers below the timeline. They follow the current 12h/24h display setting.
Toggle the Break switch on a location card to enable a lunch or mid-day break. When enabled, two extra handles appear on the timeline — set their times with the Break start and Break end pickers. The break period is shown as a hatched region and is excluded from overlap calculation.
Disable the Break switch to remove the break and treat the whole window as available.
When at least two locations are set up, OverlapTime intersects every person's available intervals and lists the windows when all of them are free. With only one location listed, the Common Overlap panel stays empty until you add another location.
Each overlap window is shown as a numbered result card under Common Overlap. For each window you'll see:
The numbered segment 1 also appears on each person's timeline so you can see exactly where the overlap falls in their day.
Hover a person's tile in the results to highlight that overlap window on their timeline. The segment turns amber to draw your eye.
